GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

These General Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms of Use”) govern the use of an e-commerce platform focused on the wellness sector (“Platform”), provided by Revolution Club Ltda., registered under CNPJ No. 06.131.919/0001-09 (“REVOLUTION CLUB”), which intermediates the sale of products, the promotion and organization of events, and the offering of services by Platform partners (“Partners”) to their consumers (“Users”), using different payment and shipping solutions (“Marketplace Space”), as set out below:

1. PRELIMINARY CONSIDERATIONS

1.1. Through its Platform, REVOLUTION CLUB aims to offer Users an integration of content, services, products, and experiences focused on self-knowledge, wellbeing, and health, including:

• a) Sale of professional services with booking.
• b) Sale of event tickets.
• c) Sale of products, courses, and workshops.
• d) Financial control.
• e) Risk control and antifraud.
• f) Booking of free services for the community.

1.2. REVOLUTION CLUB is not the owner or supplier of the products and/or services offered in the Marketplace Space. REVOLUTION CLUB’s sole responsibility is to provide space on the Platform for Partners to promote them to Users, and to process the related financial transactions.

1.2.1. The User acknowledges that REVOLUTION CLUB has no control over or liability for Partners’ commercial activities, products, or services, and is not responsible for setting or enforcing the rules of offers advertised by them. REVOLUTION CLUB’s role is limited to providing Partners with space in its Marketplace Space to promote and sell products and services. Partners are fully responsible for shipping, delivery, quality, performance, and fitness of the products offered and/or services provided, as well as for any error, defect, or expiry observed and any resulting damage or loss suffered by the Partner and/or the User.

1.3. Products and/or services offered in the Marketplace Space may be purchased by Users directly in the Marketplace Space, but under the Partner’s responsibility.

1.3.1. The User acknowledges that there is no relationship or association between REVOLUTION CLUB and the Partner.

2. USER ACCESS AND REGISTRATION

2.1. The Marketplace Space will operate on technological devices owned or held by the User, such as smartphones, computers, and tablets, whether or not the User is logged in, as applicable (“Devices”). Users who wish to visit the REVOLUTION CLUB website may access the Platform free of charge at https://revolution.club/, without prior registration.

2.1.1. REVOLUTION CLUB will not be liable for (i) any damage, loss, or harm suffered by the User and/or Partner due to a failure of the Device, internet, systems, or servers used by the User, and/or (ii) any losses and damages suffered by the User and/or Partner caused by viruses, malicious programs, or technical inaccuracies arising from access to Partners’ websites and/or the Platform.

2.2. User registration will be required by the Platform to access the “Weekly Newsletter” produced by REVOLUTION CLUB, as well as to purchase services provided by Partners, and the User’s personal data must be provided.

2.2.1. Registration is intended for Users over 18 years of age.

2.3. The User is solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the personal data provided for registration. The User acknowledges that entering inaccurate information that makes it impossible to provide the services cannot result in any penalties for REVOLUTION CLUB.

2.4. The account will be accessed through a login and password created by the User, and the User may change the password at any time. The User acknowledges that the password is personal and non-transferable, and it is solely the User’s responsibility to take all necessary measures to keep the password confidential.

3. PLATFORM USE CONDITIONS AND TERM

3.1. The Platform and the Marketplace Space are governed by this Terms of Use, which the User must read carefully before use.

3.2. By starting the registration process on the Platform, the User declares that they have read and freely, expressly, and unequivocally consent to the Terms of Use and will be legally bound by all terms and conditions set out herein.

3.2.1. REVOLUTION CLUB may require the User to accept these Terms of Use in order to complete any purchase and/or hiring of services in the Marketplace Space.

3.3. The User acknowledges that these Terms of Use may be modified and improved from time to time, and that the new version of this document will take effect when it is made available on the Platform. It is the User’s responsibility to review and become aware of any new conditions and changes. The User’s silence regarding modifications will be understood as acceptance of the new conditions.

3.4. REVOLUTION CLUB may, at any time and at its sole discretion, change the Platform’s configuration, and may also remove or add any Partner offers, as well as change the information made available to Users, in order to improve the Marketplace Space.

3.5. Through the Platform, REVOLUTION CLUB reserves the right to warn, suspend, and/or cancel, without prior notice, a User’s registration in cases where: (i) there is suspicion that the User’s personal data is false; and (ii) the Platform and/or the Marketplace Space are used in breach of these Terms of Use and applicable law.

3.5.1. If any of the events above occur, REVOLUTION CLUB may ask the User to confirm the personal data entered on the Platform and may request documents proving the User’s identity. The User must confirm the requested information promptly and accurately, and will be solely responsible for any losses suffered in case of delay or error in providing the data.

3.6. These Terms of Use will remain in force for an indefinite period and may be cancelled at any time, unilaterally, by REVOLUTION CLUB.

3.7. All communications, clarifications, and questions between REVOLUTION CLUB and the User arising from these Terms of Use or from use of the Platform and the Marketplace Space must be sent through the support channel indicated on the Platform’s home page.

4. GUIDELINES FOR BUYING PRODUCTS ON THE PLATFORM

4.1. In the listing, the User may find all information the Partner provides about the product offered. The User may also clarify questions, as provided in Clause 3.7 above, about the product, its features, and delivery options. REVOLUTION CLUB recommends that the User carefully read product descriptions, warnings, instructions, and warranty certificates before using or consuming any product through the Platform.

4.2. The User acknowledges that Partners are responsible for setting the purchase conditions of products — such as price, delivery conditions and fees, warranty, validity, and refunds — including clearly and transparently stating the expiration date to the User, as required by applicable law. REVOLUTION CLUB has no responsibility for product quality or for any resulting damage or loss.

4.2.1. Any dispute, claim, or question related to product conditions will be handled exclusively between the User and the Partner, with no liability on the part of REVOLUTION CLUB.

4.3. The User must pay the product price and shipping, with shipping calculated according to the distance between the place from which the products will be sent and the User’s location. This information will be shown in the purchase flow started after clicking the "Buy" button, ending with the purchase confirmation notice. After the transaction is completed, the User should receive the product and may leave an opinion about the product and/or the Partner.

4.4. Delivery of the purchased product will be carried out solely by the Partner, and REVOLUTION CLUB has no responsibility for delivery. All conditions and decisions related to delivery are the Partner’s sole responsibility. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for purchases made and completed directly through the Marketplace Space, REVOLUTION CLUB will provide the User with a way to track order status, but updating that status is the Partner’s responsibility.

4.5. In case of any issue, the User may start a complaint in the Marketplace Space against the Partner within 30 calendar days after the purchase.

4.6. Some Partners may offer imported products in the Marketplace Space. The User acknowledges that REVOLUTION CLUB has no control over or liability for product imports. The User and the Partners are fully responsible for the import, including calculating the final price of the imported product, import taxes, customs duties, homologation fees, and any other additional charges for customs clearance when the ordered product arrives in Brazil.

4.7. In the event of product imports, the User acknowledges that, for all purposes, they will be considered the importer and the sole party responsible for the international purchase.

4.8. The User acknowledges that the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (“RFB”) has the right to hold imported products in order to verify and confirm the product’s value.

4.9. When buying international products, the User acknowledges and warrants that: (i) they will be the importer of the product in Brazil; (ii) the product is being imported for personal use, not for resale and/or distribution; (iii) they will assume responsibility for all costs and taxes related to the import, as well as any extraordinary costs due to the import or RFB inspection; (iv) they will be solely responsible for checking the product’s conditions and specifications, especially whether it is compatible with use in Brazil; and (v) they understand that delivery times may be affected by the import process.

4.10. The User may exercise the right of withdrawal within 7 calendar days from receipt of the product, under article 49 of Law No. 8.078 of September 11, 1990 (“CDC”). In this case, the product amount will be reversed upon the User’s return of the product and the Partner’s confirmation of receipt. The User acknowledges that, to obtain the reversal and the effective return of the product, the returned product must be in adequate condition, without signs of improper use that would prevent future resale, and must also meet the specifications determined by the Partner supplying the product.

4.10.1. For a reversal requested within the legal deadline, a period of up to 14 calendar days from the User’s request will apply for the Partner to validate the return conditions. The Partner will be fully responsible for handling the product return request and the related reversal, as well as reverse logistics costs.

4.10.2. The reversal, when authorized by the Partner, will be made automatically for the total purchase amount, minus shipping, and partial refunds are not possible. If the purchase includes items from different Partners and categories (products, services, or events), the same exchange and return policies must apply to all items.

4.10.3. Shipping will be included in the reversal only in cases of full cancellation of the purchase and provided the product has not already been shipped to the User.

4.10.4. The User acknowledges that REVOLUTION CLUB acts only as an intermediary between User and Partner and is exempt from any liability arising from the reversal request.

4.11. The User may ask the Partner to exchange and/or return products if they identify apparent defects.

4.11.1. The request must be made directly through the Partner’s support channels, including evidence of the defect, by sending photos and videos, in order to speed up the return process, and must also respect the conditions expressly stated in the listing and/or the Partner’s promotional material. The Marketplace Space will provide the Partner’s contact details to the User to facilitate communication. In case of problems or difficulties with the exchange or return, the User should report the situation to atendimento@revolution.club. The Platform team will review the case and may, if necessary, remove the Partner from the Platform.

4.11.2. After an exchange and/or return request, a period of 30 calendar days from the request will apply to remedy the product defect, under articles 18 and following of the CDC. If the defect is not remedied within that period, the User must choose, alternatively: (i) product exchange; (ii) cancellation of the sale and a full refund; or (iii) a proportional price reduction.

4.11.4. The User acknowledges that REVOLUTION CLUB acts only as an intermediary between User and Partner and is exempt from any liability arising from the exchange and/or return request.

5. HIRING SERVICES

5.1. REVOLUTION CLUB recommends that the User carefully read the service description before hiring through the Platform, including details about scope, price, deadlines, conditions, location and time of performance, and other relevant information.

5.2. REVOLUTION CLUB does not perform, manage, supervise, inspect, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, adequacy, result, or performance of services offered by Partners on the Platform. Any and all liability arising from the hiring, performance, and result of the contracted services is solely the Partner’s.

5.3. REVOLUTION CLUB is not liable for failures, delays, cancellations, or any other situation arising from the relationship between User and Partner.

5.4. The User acknowledges that the Partner is exclusively responsible for complying with all legal and regulatory obligations related to the services offered on the Platform, including any licenses, authorizations, registrations, or requirements needed to perform the advertised services.

5.5. The User acknowledges that REVOLUTION CLUB does not provide services directly to the User and that its role is limited to making the Platform available for Partners to promote services to Users. It is not responsible for the content, truthfulness, or accuracy of information provided by Partners about the services.

5.6. In case of cancellation, default, or any other irregularity in the service, the User must contact the Partner directly to seek a solution. REVOLUTION CLUB may, at its sole discretion, help facilitate communication between the parties, without assuming any responsibility for the outcome.

5.7. The User may exercise the right of withdrawal within 7 calendar days from payment for the service, under article 49 of the CDC. In that case, the User may request an automatic reversal of the booking, in accordance with the legal deadline, through the Marketplace Space, provided the service is scheduled at least 48 hours in advance of the request.

5.7.1. For services where the time between completing the purchase and performance is less than 48 hours, the right of withdrawal will not apply due to the immediate nature of the service, and the amount will not be refunded.

5.7.2. The reversal, when authorized by the Partner, will be made automatically for the total purchase amount, and partial refunds are not possible. If the purchase includes items from different Partners and categories (products, services, or events), the same exchange and return policies must apply to all items.

6. GUIDELINES FOR BUYING TICKETS ON THE PLATFORM

6.1. REVOLUTION CLUB recommends that the User carefully read the event description, including date, time, venue, age rating, access rules, and other relevant information before purchasing tickets through the Platform.

6.2. The User must pay the ticket price and, when applicable, any additional fees. All amounts and conditions will be shown in the purchase flow started after clicking the "Buy" button, ending with confirmation of the ticket purchase. After the purchase is completed and payment is approved, the User will receive an email with the ticket, which will also be available in the User’s Platform account.

6.3. Tickets purchased on the Platform are personal and linked to the holder named at the time of purchase. It is solely up to the User to set and verify the criteria for validating ticket ownership, and ID may be required for event access. REVOLUTION CLUB is not responsible for any Partner decision regarding the application of these rules, and the User is responsible for meeting the requirements stated at the time of purchase.

6.4. The Partner is solely responsible for complying with applicable half-price ticket laws and must make discounted tickets available when required by law. It is solely the Partner’s role to follow the criteria for granting half-price tickets and to verify proof of eligibility at the event. REVOLUTION CLUB does not interfere with the granting, requirement, or verification of half-price tickets; the User must present the necessary documents according to the Partner’s rules.

6.5. The User acknowledges that responsibility for organizing, producing, and running events promoted in the Marketplace Space lies exclusively with the Partner. REVOLUTION CLUB’s role is limited to intermediating ticket sales and it is not responsible for the holding, quality, safety, infrastructure, or any other aspect of events promoted by third parties.

6.6. The User acknowledges that the Partner is solely responsible for ensuring they have all rights and capacity to hold the event as advertised, including that all negotiations and permissions with attractions, suppliers, sponsors, public authorities, and other involved parties are duly in place. REVOLUTION CLUB will not be liable for failures, cancellations, and/or any irregularity in the event’s performance.

6.7. The User acknowledges that Partners are responsible for setting all event conditions, including date, venue, structure, and cancellation, exchange, and refund policies, and must ensure this information is clear and transparent to Users, as required by applicable law.

6.7.1. If the date, venue, or format of the event changes, the User may decide whether to keep the ticket or request a refund, under the terms informed by the Partner. REVOLUTION CLUB is not responsible for any change to the venue, attractions, or other event conditions; that is the Partner’s exclusive responsibility.

6.8. If the event is initially advertised with "venue to be defined", the User acknowledges that REVOLUTION CLUB is not liable for any losses arising from the absence of or delay in defining the event venue, which is an exclusive obligation of the Partner.

6.9. The User acknowledges that entry to the event will be handled solely by the Partner, who must ensure compliance with the conditions stated in the ticket sale. REVOLUTION CLUB is not liable for access restrictions or blocks imposed by the Partner.

6.10. For online events, the User acknowledges that the Partner is solely responsible for any audio, video, or other data recorded or shared during the online event, and REVOLUTION CLUB cannot be held liable for instability and/or lack of transmission quality.

6.11. The User may exercise the right of withdrawal within 7 calendar days from the ticket purchase, under article 49 of the CDC. In that case, the User may request an automatic reversal of the ticket amount, in accordance with the legal deadline, through the Marketplace Space, provided the event date is at least 48 hours after the reversal request.

6.11.1. If the event is cancelled or its date is changed, the User will be entitled to a full refund, regardless of the 7-day period.

6.11.2. The reversal, when authorized by the Partner, will be made automatically for the total purchase amount, and partial refunds are not possible. If the purchase includes items from different Partners and categories (products, services, or events), the same exchange and return policies must apply to all items.

7. PAYMENT

7.1. Users who purchase products, services, or event tickets in the Marketplace Space will pay the stipulated amounts using the payment methods chosen and made available on the Platform, at the Partner’s discretion. The User may also be asked to complete one or more authentication factors.

7.2. For purchases made directly in the Marketplace Space, the guarantee arises upon payment confirmation together with the order confirmation email.

7.2.1. Purchases made directly in the Marketplace Space may be subject to one or more authentication factors defined by REVOLUTION CLUB to protect against fraud. This may include identity confirmation, payment method validation, passwords, biometrics, among others.

7.2.2. For security reasons, credit-card purchases that require additional confirmation or validation may undergo detailed review, which may temporarily suspend approval. This process may last up to 24 hours after the purchase.

7.3. The cancellation period may vary depending on the product, service, or event and its regulation. Unless a specific rule applies, the CDC period of up to 7 calendar days will be used. The User acknowledges that exchanges depend on the Partner’s policy and, if not available, may cancel and then make a new purchase.

8. USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS

The User is solely responsible for choosing and paying for products and services, and acknowledges that:

• (i) products and services are the Partners’ responsibility;
• (ii) REVOLUTION CLUB acts only as an intermediary;
• (iii) inventory, features, and functionality belong to the Partners;
• (iv) REVOLUTION CLUB does not guarantee error-free operation, delays, or interruptions;
• (v) REVOLUTION CLUB has no control over Partners’ websites;
• (vi) REVOLUTION CLUB is not liable for damage due to interception or manipulation by unauthorized third parties;
• (vii) amounts are determined by the Partners;
• (viii) invoices are issued by the Partners;
• (ix) the Marketplace may not be used for resale, data collection, or automated extraction;
• (x) electronic notifications are authorized;
• (xi) the User has read and fully accepts these Terms of Use.

9. PRIVACY AND DATA SECURITY

Collected data is processed in accordance with the LGPD, shared between REVOLUTION CLUB and group companies, and processed according to the available Privacy Policy. Processing by Partners follows their own policies, for which REVOLUTION CLUB is not responsible.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, content, logos, designs, and technologies, are exclusively owned by REVOLUTION CLUB, and their use or reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT FORUM

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the District of Rio de Janeiro/RJ are elected to settle any disputes.
